For nearly a century, super-powered heroes on both the small and silver screens have thrilled audiences with their supernatural abilities, fearless adventures, and larger-than-life personalities. Today, Hall of Heroes brings guests into the midst of the heroes’ action in an ambitious, custom-built space with multiple themed environments and surprises around every corner. Visitors of all ages are encouraged to explore, learn, and test their heroic abilities at engaging and challenging interactive stations.

Every first Thursday of the Month at 6 p.m., the Sloan Museum of Discovery hosts a free book club (included with museum admission) in one of our learning labs. All books are affiliated with Flint's storied history. The evening will conclude with a special guided tour through the Sloan Museum History Gallery where club members can connect with the book's historical references through real-life museum artifacts. This is a free gathering, included with Museum Admission. Advance registration is requested; walk-ins are accepted.
2023 Vendor Registration
This year’s event will be held at the Sloan Museum of Discovery at the Flint Cultural Center on June 24 & 25, 2023. It's a fantastic opportunity to enjoy rare, collectible cars in a beautiful, historic setting. No entry onto the grounds after 8:30 am. For the safety of everyone, we cannot have vehicles driving in the event after 8:30 am. If you have staff or are meeting someone after 8:30 am, you must meet them at the main entrance with their vendor wristband. All people on the grounds are to have wristbands.
There will only be Special Vendors this year. When you enter the grounds, follow the signs for the Vendors entrance. As a Special Vendor, you will be able to pick your location from nearly any spot on the event grounds. Our Volunteers will help you pick a location and park. You must arrive between 6:30 am and 8:30 am. This gate closes for the day at 8:30am. Gates open to the public at 9am. Special Vendors will be in high traffic areas and near food vendors.
Acceptance is not automatic. Vendors with automotive-related items, new or used, but some kind of affiliation with cars, trucks, or buses, is preferred. Vendors not accepted will have their payment returned/refunded.
Special Vendor space measures 10-foot x 20-foot. Any additional space needed must be paid for. Additional spaces measure 10-foot x 20-foot. All goods must be in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
(No Food, Beverages, or Tobacco products to be sold in vending area)
NOTE: Vendor fee is for Saturday and Sunday and admits 2 people (a $14.00 Value). The Sloan Museum Auto Fair will go on regardless of the weather. No refunds after June 10th.
