Sloan Museum at Courtland – General Admission 

General Admission tickets include the historic vehicles exhibit and educator-led activities. Traveling exhibits Extreme Deep: Mission to the Abyss and Roll, Drop, Bounce are not included in general admission. If you would like to also attend the traveling exhibits, please purchase tickets here.  

 

Capacity is limited to 50 visitors and tickets are timed to ensure social distancing. The museum is open Wednesday through Sunday from 12:00-2:00 PM and 3:00-5:00 PM. We will close for an hour of cleaning after each ticket time. To select another time or date, please select the "Other Times" button above.

Turtle Odyssey explores the unique lifecycle of an Australian green sea turtle named Bunji and her incredible journey across the open ocean. The film follows Bunji the green sea turtle from a hatchling into adulthood as she swims thousands of miles, meets incredible creatures and has some really wild encounters. Great for adults and kids ages 6 and older.

Kids will explore these exciting science, technology, engineering, and math topics:
Dinosaur Discovery: Learn how fossils were formed while making your own fossil model. Use clues from “fossil finds” to piece together a Box-A-Saurus, while thinking about how dinosaurs lived in their environments.
Weather: Weather can be wild! Explore severe weather while learning how weather works.
Bugs: Go on a bug hunt in the planetarium garden and explore the lives of insects, spiders, and other crawlers. Compare and contrast life cycles and investigate camouflage and mimicry.
Tinker Lab: Use a variety of materials in new and creative ways. Play with light and shadows, create noise makers, and craft a bracelet using old plastic containers.
