This year’s event will take place at Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad on June 27 and 28, 2026. It’s a wonderful opportunity to enjoy rare and collectible cars in a beautiful, historic setting.

Entry & Safety Rules

• No entry after 8:30 AM. For safety reasons, no vehicles may enter or drive within the grounds after this time.
• If you have staff or are meeting someone arriving after 8:30 AM, you must meet them at the main entrance, and they must have a Vendor wristband.
• All people on the grounds must wear wristbands.

Vendor Arrival & Parking

• Follow the signs for the Vendor Entrance upon arrival.
• Vendors may choose their location from most spots on the event grounds, with help from volunteers.
• Arrival window: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM. The vendor gate closes at 8:30 AM sharp for the day.

Vendor Acceptance

• Acceptance is not automatic.
• Preference is given to vendors selling automotive-related items (new or used, connected to cars, trucks, or buses).
• Vendors not accepted will have their payment returned/refunded.

Vendor Space & Registration Details

• Vendor spaces measure 10 ft × 20 ft.
• Additional spaces (also 10 ft × 20 ft) must be purchased if more room is needed.
• All goods must comply with local, state, and federal laws.
• No Day‑Of‑Show Registrations. Advance registration only.
• Registration deadline: June 25, 2026.
• Vendor fee covers Saturday and Sunday and includes admission for 2 people (a $20.00 value).
• The Sloan Museum Auto Fair takes place rain or shine. No refunds after June 15th.
