Mix & Mingle Under the Stars is a casual fundraiser supporting educational programming, outreach initiatives, and daily operations. Your sponsorship opens doors to thousands of under-served kids to attend educational programs and engage in history and science. Guests will enjoy local cuisine samples, cocktails, wine, and beer served up by Genesee County’s favorite chefs and restaurants. This fun event will also feature a silent auction.

Sponsorship Opportunities
• Jupiter Sponsor: $5,000 – 10 tickets
- Company name and logo, or patron name(s), prominently displayed on event signage.
- Prominent logo with link to sponsor’s website on event web page (SloanLongway.org/Mingle)
- Logo included on footer of e-blasted newsletter sent to 28,000 emails promoting Mix and Mingle
- Social media mentions of sponsorships on Sloan Museum’s Facebook pages (approximately 28,000 followers) and Longway Planetarium’s Facebook pages (approximately 24,000 followers)
- If commitment is maybe by February 29, 2024, logos will also be included on printed and mailed invitations.
